So Much Done, Yet So Little

Sat Sep 29, 2007, 9:35 AM
A bit of a quick update on my life, just to keep things in order:

-Sold house for enough money to pay off the mortgage and pay for a house in-full in TENNESSEE @_@
-Sent out lots of applications for jobs there, mostly Line Cook positions
-Had several internet-time-spending phases, including:
Posting and browsing the Mega64ums until I realize that everyone is pretty mean and without any sign of intelligence
Browsing 4chan /v/ a lot, posting as a tripfag
Posting a ton of FreezeCracker.com forums until I realized everyone there is pretty meaningless and maybe only 1 or 2 people are worth posting there for. And Sandii, of course *_*
-Played Bomberman on XBOX Live and am actually pretty good ^_^ Would have a higher rank if I played on my own 360
-Got a free 360 from my brother that he got from work from someone who thought it was broken @_@; no HD though, so I can't play online yet
-Furiously attacked both MySims for the Wii and .Hack//GU Vol. 3 as soon as they came out, conquering both~
-Listening to tons of Japanese music, lots of new stuff since I can DL from Youtube now ^_^
-Playing WOW with Sandii (and a little by myself >_> damn addictive game)
-Realizing that I haven't had a good partner-in-crime (besides Sandii), even in my own house as everyone is so different from me, and even the similar interests they do have with me (very little) won't change how often they converse with me

Mostly stuck on the last one, giving me a lot to think about ^_^; other than that, I'm hanging in there...

Computer At Last

Fri Feb 23, 2007, 8:09 AM
Well, I've finally gotten a computer, after what seems like forever, so I might be able to start posting here once again, as certain loves of mine (Sandii-chan) are actually checking it, and since I've seemed to have possibly lost all the files I've had on my old computer, I might need some sort of log of my actions somewhere. I can't imagine filling everyone in on whats been going on between the last entry I made and now, but I'm sure I'll get to that when I have the energy and boredom, and possibly enough time as well ^_^;

A quick rundown of my current situation is that I continue to work at Publix as a Meals Clerk person and have gone through quite a few ordeals there, yet I continue to stay, as it seems to be my only delicious source of income at the moment and I haven't really gotten the willpower to look for another job, as we ARE supposed to be moving eventually. We, being just me, my mom, my brother and my sister, as my dad passed away last August from stress and high blood pressure...I not only lost him, but Sandii was sent tumbling back home after staying here for barely 2 months...

Anyway, I'm just surprised on how many things have changed, but how some things have pretty much stuck the same as they've always been. For one thing, Patrick hasn't come over since November, and his christmas gift is still sitting on my desk @_@ and not having a computer has driven me to basically hanging out at the movie theater every night to DDR/ITG with random underage kids ^_^; oh, and all that DDRing is so useless because I've been off my diet since last July, and I'm bordering 200 once more, which sort of puts me down a bit, or should I say a lot @_@; not to mention I was glued to my PS2 playing Phantasy Star Universe from October to January...

I still sleep with my love every night, and look forward to it every night ^_^ even now, she's sleeping away while I listen to her, my poor Sandii. Working at some place that treats her like garbage for money barely above minimum wage T_T nrr, I want to be able to take her away from all that, she's just worth so much more and I want to repay her for all the happiness she's brought me...

Welp, I'll keep in touch ^_^

I'm Sorry, Welp, Later~

Sun Dec 31, 2006, 6:55 AM
^_^ Well, what has been going on for me? I'm sure I've lost a bit of care on that matter due to absence everywhere between online and around the neighborhood, but what can I do @_@ ^_^ either way, I've just been enveloped in working pretty much every day except for Monday and Tuesday, and then between that, spending every second I can with my Sandii-chan and pumping 400+ hours into Phantasy Star Universe(MMORPG) ^^; but yeah, one day I will have my computer back and the world will return to normal...or maybe I'll splash in this world >3 welp, until then! ^_^

Arisen And So Anxious

Tue Oct 10, 2006, 9:43 AM
Hacha @.@ hello DeviantArt, this is Brian, and uhm, I'm still alive and stuff ^_^; just a few things to mention going on:

-Moving to Virginia sooner than later
-Still without computer
-Also without my father ._.
-Sandii came to stay, but went back home because of everything with my dad, but will be moving back in with me when we move *_*

Other than that, things are going alright ^_^ still retaining my job at Publix, been about 6-7months now, and if we stay here any longer, I might work at Gamestop during the holiday season, which would be pretty groovy ^_^

Welp, until I feel like writing randomly again, Ciao~nyo~

Complicated Job, Week With Sandii

Wed Apr 12, 2006, 8:53 PM
Hwe, this job of mine has become so much more of a pain than I thought it would be ^_^; I was trained for 3 days in the store by Gamestop by Laury, who pretty much showed me all the ropes and taught me a lot of things for just in case I wouldn't be helped that much when I'm at my store. Plus, I wouldn't have a kiosk and might have possibly not had a display case ^_^ the job itself is easy and surprisingly does take a bit longer than people would think. I mean, I have my own display that I have to unstock and restock every new recipe, and to restock, I have to shop around the whole store twice to put everything back on the shelves in their correct place and to get everything I need from the shelves. Afterwards, I go back to my kiosk and display and fill it up in a nice arrangement so that everything looks good. And that's without me even starting, it takes a good 1-2 hours +_+ and thats hoping I can find and put back all the things, otherwise I have to go bring things to the back and find the proper area to place the items and find the items I ordered that might not have been put on the shelves. @__@

After I got my certification from her, I started working at the other store with her help, and it turned out that the store I was working at, in the ghetto, is definently not as good as the one I trained at ^_^; I had to deal with a lot of 3rd-rate equipment and such, not to mention I only had a metal seafood table and one case that tends to go lower than the law-required 40 degrees +__+; after picking up the things I needed, I made my first meal at the store with a world of difficulty because I didn't have 2 skillets and the 1 I was left with was of pretty low quality ^__^; but I was doing everything efficiently and at least at a normal speed.

Then I realized that my management has a really poor understanding of what my job entails. Everyone was surprised that I didn't make 5 meals a day +_+; but the max we can usually make in an 8-hour span is 3 meals, and that is if the recipe is simple. Melody thought I was going so slow that she even sent Laury to work with me for a few days. But it was just due to a poor understanding of the Aprons Program that I'm a part of +__+; And just when I thought that maybe they understood, Melody came by me one day and said that I NEED to serve a dessert as well as the meal I had given instructions to prepare and serve. T_T she didn't even let me explain much, she just had the bakery pull out a cake and put it on my table for me to serve >_>; So now more than half the people that came to my table just wanted cake and wouldn't try out the product I worked hard to make, which is what the Aprons program is about; presenting simple-to-make meals that taste good and take under 30minutes to prepare. I even spoke to Laury about it, but I think she's pretty much leaving me on my own for this one. +__+;;; Well, I'll just wait until they give me more complaints so I can give them reasons of my own.

Most of the people I met at my store are okay, Daniel had helped me out a bit, but of course I have to be scared of the pasted-on-smile assistant manager, Mark, and the fussy manager, Melody +_+ I don't know, I haven't really met anyone that I was buddy-buddy with yet, but its fine for now ^_^; but I do need someone that I can go to for questions, but maybe that will just come with time~

Wah, the week Sandii was over was just great ^_^ while we didn't do enough, we did get around to doing a lot ^__^; Its a shame that I had to work so much during the week, but we somehow found a way to enjoy ourselves

I was training at the Publix next to Gamestop a lot, but we had hour lunch breaks, so Sandii was dropped off by my job and we had lunch together a few times *o* it was so nice to be able to hang out with her even at work and shtuff. We also got to go to the Pembroke Lakes Mall, where I picked her and myself up a few things, and I even took her to Oakwood Plaza in hopes I'd meet some of my friends ^_^; strangely, the ones who lived by there I was unable to reach, but I did manage to get in contact with Ken, and he drove us around a bit and dropped us off home too after we stopped at Gamestop to say hi to everyone ^o^

We went to Boomers as well, and me and Sandii-chan tore up the DDR machine x3 she's gotten so surprisingly good and she's catching up to me fast, so I better start practicing more @___@ she even destroyed me at every fighting game that we played +__+ I was about to cry...and then we went outside and played some miniature golf, which she also beat me at TT-TT I love her so much x3

I think the most enjoyable trip for us was to the beach ^_^ we even went in the water and had lotsa fun and shtuff, and it was really nice *o* when it started getting dark, we got out to dry off and wash and shake off whatever amount of sand we could get off ^_^(\ instead of going to a expensive nearby restaurant, we just went to 7-11 and picked up some nummy sammiches and snacks and sat by the boardwalk, where there was also someone playing on the guitar nice spanish music ^_^ and we had a beautiful view of the night sky over the ocean, and it was just wonderful *__* ahhh~

My mom was very supportive of us throughout Sandii's stay @__@ she's even offered Sandii-chan to hole up here with me until we're ready to live on our own, and I'm glad to be able to offer Sandii-chan that kind of support ^_(\ of course, I will be working my hardest to be with her, but at least I can rid her of her worries of being kicked out and having nowhere to live~

*o* I can't wait until I see her again~ *melts* Sandii-chan~~~
